Instructions
- Crush vanilla wafers into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Combine crushed wafers with powdered sugar in the processor.
- Add 1 cup of peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla extract; blend until smooth.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the bottom.
- Melt chocolate chips with remaining peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Pour chocolate over the base layer and smooth it out.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until set, then cut into squares.
