Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar using a whisk or fork until well blended.
- Add the chili flakes, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme. Whisk again to evenly distribute the spices.
- Fold in the grated parmesan cheese and chopped olives until fully incorporated.
