Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8.5 x 4.5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Whisk in the olive oil.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for about 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
