- 1 cup Unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
- 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 2 Large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo pieces (12 Oreos)
- 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs (5 Oreos)
Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together.
- Combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a separate bowl; mix well and add eggs one at a time.
- Gradually blend the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and fold in Oreo pieces and crumbs.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop a portion of dough, flatten it, place cheesecake filling in the center, and wrap dough around it.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool before serving.
