- 1 large egg

- 24 milk chocolate kisses (unwrapped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually combine with the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, coat in granulated sugar, and place on prepared sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie upon removing from the oven.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
