- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 24 vegan marshmallow Peeps
- 2 cups M&M's (preferably in Easter colors)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 baking pan with tin foil, lightly greasing it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well mixed.
- Press the thick batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes, then remove from the oven and chop the Peeps into small pieces.
- Quickly sprinkle the chopped Peeps over the baked base and return to the oven for an additional 5-6 minutes until toasted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle warm M&M's on top.
- Allow cooling completely before cutting into bars.
