Instructions
- Rinse chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil with Traeger Fin & Feather rub in a bowl; coat each chicken breast thoroughly.
- Let the seasoned chicken sit for 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Place chicken directly on smoker grates and smoke for about 60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Add slices of butter on top during the last few minutes of smoking for added moisture.
- Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
