Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard.
- Coat the trimmed beef tenderloin generously with the marinade and let it refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven's broiler to high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Season pineapple slices with salt and pepper, then broil for about 5 minutes per side until caramelized.
- Broil the marinated beef tenderloin for about 20 minutes or until reaching an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare.
- After cooking, let the tenderloin rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving with broiled pineapple slices garnished with fresh parsley.
