Instructions
- Boil water in a pot; add peeled and cut potato chunks. Cook until tender (about 15 minutes), then drain and mash.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water. Mix until you form a soft dough.
- Shape dough into small balls or discs using floured hands to prevent sticking.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat; fry each piece until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
- Serve drizzled with soy sauce and topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
