- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, finely chopped
- 2–3 tbsp feta cheese, cubed
- 1 tbsp black olives
- Fresh parsley
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the eggs gently and cook for 7 minutes. Cool under cold water before peeling and halving.
- Prepare the fruits and vegetables: Slice the kiwi and tomato into rounds while finely chopping the cauliflower.
- Assemble the plate: Arrange kiwi slices, tomato rounds, chopped cauliflower, parsley leaves, feta cubes, olives, and halved eggs on a plate.
- Season & garnish: Sprinkle chili flakes over the eggs if desired. Garnish feta cheese with black sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
