- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla and vinegar.
- In another bowl, sift together cake flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a small bowl, combine buttermilk with red food coloring.
- Gradually add the dry mixture and buttermilk mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating between them until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 75-85 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
