  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 cloves whole garlic (peeled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Allow the lamb to reach room temperature for about 30 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic until combined.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and brush half of the glaze over it. Add whole garlic cloves around the lamb.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 2 hours, basting occasionally with the remaining glaze until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
