- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
- 1½ pounds baby potatoes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add sirloin cubes to the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Assemble the kebabs by threading marinated steak cubes alternately with grape tomatoes and pre-cooked baby potatoes onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
