Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink; drain excess fat if needed.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well. Gradually pour in beef broth while stirring continuously until thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- If not already prepared, boil peeled potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with butter and cream until smooth.
- Serve by spooning gravy over a generous helping of mashed potatoes.
