- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup beef or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas

Instructions
- Peel and chop sweet potatoes; boil until tender (15-20 minutes). Drain.
- Mash sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil; sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add carrot and celery; cook until soft.
- Stir in ground lamb; cook until browned. Mix in tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes before adding peas.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Layer lamb filling in a baking dish; top with sweet potato mash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden on top.
