Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, grate the ginger, and cube the beef.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the cubed beef, coconut milk, beef broth, onion, garlic, ginger, red curry paste, curry powder, ground turmeric, paprika, chili flakes (if using), salt, pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  3. Mix well and cover. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
