- 1 cup dry white grape juice or chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Pat the lamb shoulder dry and rub it with olive oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme in a bowl; rub this mixture over the lamb.
- Place the seasoned lamb in a roasting pan and add grape juice or chicken broth to the pan.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and roast for about 4-5 hours until the lamb is fork-tender.
