- 2/3 cups chocolate chips
- 28 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cubed)
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper.
- For the cookie layer, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well, then gradually incorporate flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
- Layer half the cookie dough on the bottom of the prepared pan, place Oreo cookies on top, then spread brownie batter made from melted butter, dark chocolate, sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, and salt over Oreos.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow to cool before slicing.
