- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- Zest of 1 lemon

- 1 1/2 cups diced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold this mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling before glazing with a mixture of melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.
