- 1 serrano chile, minced

- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, cocoa powder, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to create the spice mix.
- Use a basting brush to coat the chicken evenly with the spice mixture.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken for about 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, mix the melted butter, cilantro, serrano chile, onion, lime juice, and black pepper in another small bowl to make the lime butter.
- Drizzle the lime butter over the grilled chicken just before serving or serve it on the side as a dip.
