- 3/4 cup salted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup red and green M&M’s
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup pretzel pieces
- 1/3 cup potato chip pieces
- 2 tbsp red and green jimmies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolks and vanilla to the mixture; beat until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in the M&M’s, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and jimmies.
- Scoop out dough into approximately 20 balls and place them on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
- Optionally add extra mix-ins on top for decoration before baking.
- Bake for approximately 10–12 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow cooling on the baking sheets for five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
