Instructions

- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Stir in baby bok choy and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice; toss to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
