Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add wilted spinach, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, mozzarella, gruyere, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or skillet and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm alongside tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
