- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Boil the Pasta: Cook the shell pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.
- Prepare Steak Bites: Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a plate.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter, add garlic, sauté for one minute, then stir in heavy cream and simmer gently. Gradually whisk in Parmesan until smooth; season to taste.
- Combine: Add drained pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Serve: Plate the pasta topped with steak bites and any juices from the plate. Garnish with parsley if desired.
