  • 8 oz button or cremini mushrooms
  • 1 large red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 10 wooden skewer sticks soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place steak cubes in a resealable bag with the marinade. Seal and massage the bag to coat evenly; refrigerate for 3-6 hours.
