- 8 oz button or cremini mushrooms
- 1 large red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 10 wooden skewer sticks soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Place steak cubes in a resealable bag with the marinade. Seal and massage the bag to coat evenly; refrigerate for 3-6 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high (425°F). Clean grates if necessary.
- Toss vegetables in olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble skewers by alternating steak pieces with vegetables.
- Grill kebabs for about 8-9 minutes until steak reaches desired doneness (140°F for medium).
