Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 4 cups whipping cream
- 1 (21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Whip together whipping cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer with strawberry pie filling, followed by another third of the cream cheese mixture. Add blueberry pie filling and top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Chill overnight before serving.
