- 2 packs (16 oz each) strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 14.25 oz white cake mix
- 3 oz strawberry jello mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 24.3 oz no-bake cheesecake filling
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by slicing some to lay flat and chopping the rest; mix chopped strawberries with sugar and refrigerate.
- Preheat your oven as per cake mix instructions and combine the cake ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 33 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the cake bakes, dissolve the jello mix in boiling water; set aside.
- Once baked, poke holes in the warm cake using a wooden spoon handle, then pour the jello mixture evenly over it.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour until set, then spread cheesecake filling on top and garnish with marinated strawberries.
