Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Toss diced strawberries with all-purpose flour to prevent sinking and gently fold into the batter.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 – 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely before slicing.
