Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and granulated sugar with cold butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden. Allow cooling.
- Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Mix sliced strawberries with powdered sugar in another bowl to release juices. Layer on top of the cheesecake filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
