- 8 cups mini white vegan marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup salted butter (softened)
- 8 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 1/2 cups Strawberry Shortcake Crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare your strawberry shortcake crumbs and let them cool completely.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and vegan marshmallows together, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, then mix in the Rice Krispies and one cup of strawberry shortcake crumbs until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish using hands or a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining strawberry crumbs on top and press gently into the mixture.
- Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes to set before slicing into squares.
