- one 15.25-ounce box strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- about 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together very soft unsalted butter until smooth.
- Add the strawberry cake mix and large egg, mixing until combined into a thick dough.
- Press about two-thirds of the dough into the prepared pan to form the base layer.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the base layer and drizzle approximately 8 ounces of sweetened condensed milk on top.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the milk layer.
- Bake for 27-30 minutes until lightly golden around the edges; center may jiggle slightly.
- Cool completely on a wire rack for at least 2-3 hours before cutting into bars.
