Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, combine spring mix, sliced strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pecans, crumbled goat cheese, and green onions.
- In a small jar with a lid, combine orange sparkling juice, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until well mixed.
