Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, cooking until golden brown on all sides. Season with garlic powder.
- In a separate pot, cook rinsed rice according to package instructions; set aside.
- In the skillet, add chopped bell peppers and pineapple chunks. Drizzle honey over the mixture and stir well.
- Fold in cooked rice until combined. Squeeze lime juice over the top before serving and garnish with fresh herbs.
