Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook rice with water in a saucepan; simmer for 18 minutes. Let sit covered.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Marinate diced chicken for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken until caramelized (8-10 minutes).
- In a mold or ring-shaped cutter, layer sushi rice, avocado slices, and teriyaki chicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
