Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add honey, softened unsalted butter, eggs (one at a time), milk, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt (if using). Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined—do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
