Instructions
- Warm the whole milk and sprinkle in the yeast; let it froth.
- Mix in sugar, eggs, salt, and butter; combine well.
- Gradually stir in flour until dough forms; knead until smooth.
- Allow dough to rise until doubled.
- For the filling, mix brown sugar with cinnamon and salt; roll out the dough.
- Spread softened butter on the dough and sprinkle filling evenly.
- Roll tightly, cut into pieces, and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese with butter and icing sugar until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls.
