- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 5 strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together fat-free milk, Greek yogurt, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
- Place 2 raspberries in each popsicle mold bottom. Add blueberries evenly and top with two slices of strawberry per mold.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit until molds are filled.
- Tap the molds gently on the counter to eliminate air bubbles.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly before unmolding.
