Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together fat-free milk, Greek yogurt, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
  2. Place 2 raspberries in each popsicle mold bottom. Add blueberries evenly and top with two slices of strawberry per mold.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit until molds are filled.
  4. Tap the molds gently on the counter to eliminate air bubbles.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight until solid.
  6. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly before unmolding.
