Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by adding finely shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced onion to a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
- Pour about half of the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss gently until coated. Gradually add more dressing to reach your preferred consistency.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for one hour to enhance flavors.
