Instructions
- Slice strawberries and juice the lime.
- In a 16 oz glass, combine sliced strawberries, mint leaves, lime juice, and optional sweetener. Gently muddle to release juices.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with soda water or seltzer.
- Stir well and garnish with extra mint or strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
