- 1/2 medium watermelon

Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon by removing the rind and dicing it into 1-inch pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add sliced strawberries, sliced cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped mint leaves to the bowl.
- Gently stir to combine all ingredients without mashing.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving in a beautiful bowl.
