- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, packed in olive oil or water, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Rinse the white beans under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained white beans and flaked tuna.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, capers, and parsley to the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until well coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
