Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract until well combined.

- Fold in semi-sweet and white chocolate chips along with crushed peppermint candies.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
