- 1 envelope of Cherry Kool-Aid powder mix
- 1 envelope of Mixed Berry Kool-Aid powder mix
- 1/2 cup sugar (divided)
- 1 cup club soda (divided)
- Juice from 1 lemon (or about a tablespoon of lemon juice)
- 4 cups ice (about 2 trays)
Instructions
- Crush 2 cups of ice in a blender until fine.
- For the red slush, blend Cherry Kool-Aid, 1 cup club soda, and half of the sugar with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into freezer-safe cups one-third full and freeze for 1 hour.
- For the white layer, blend lemon juice with another tray of crushed ice and pour over the set red layer after an hour. Freeze again for 1 hour.
- Repeat this process for the blue slush using Mixed Berry Kool-Aid and set on top after all layers are frozen solid.
