Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, lemon zest, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Grate cold butter into the dry mixture and toss until coated.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour in buttermilk and lemon juice; mix until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface, form into a rectangle, and cut into wedges.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet; brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden.
- Cool slightly before drizzling with glaze made from whisking powdered sugar and lemon juice.
