Instructions
- Preheat a grill to high heat or set a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated apple, Dijon mustard, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Portion the mixture into six equal parts and form into patties.
- Cook the patties on the preheated grill or skillet for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Serve on pretzel buns with preferred toppings and enjoy!
