Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with muffin liners.
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until the mixture is mostly smooth, with some oat flakes remaining.
- Pour the batter into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 16-17 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
