Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Place the beef chops in a resealable zip lock bag or large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor absorption.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Remove the beef chops from the marinade (discard remaining liquid) and grill each side for about 4-5 minutes until a meat thermometer reads 145°F.
- Allow the grilled chops to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
