- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 1/4 cups cold unsalted butter, diced
- 5 cups peeled, pitted, and chopped peaches
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well and blend in cold butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, toss peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour peach filling over crust; drizzle with heavy cream.
- Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top and finish with brown sugar.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into squares.
