  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well and blend in cold butter until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, toss peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour peach filling over crust; drizzle with heavy cream.
  6. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top and finish with brown sugar.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into squares.
