- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 medium peaches (diced)
- 1 cup Persian cucumbers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- Wash all produce: rinse blueberries under cold water, dice peaches into bite-sized pieces, and slice Persian cucumbers thinly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine blueberries, diced peaches, sliced cucumbers, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped basil. Gently toss to mix.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat evenly. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
