- ½ cup cold heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare a springform pan.
- Combine crust ingredients and press into the pan.
- Bake until golden brown and cool.
- Mix streusel ingredients and bake until crumbly; set aside.
- Blend cream cheese, brown sugar, and other filling ingredients until smooth.
- Toss sliced peaches with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Assemble by layering cheesecake filling, peaches, and streusel in the pan.
- Create a water bath by wrapping the pan in foil and placing it in a larger dish with hot water.
- Bake until set, then cool gradually at room temperature before refrigerating.
- Serve chilled with whipped cream.
